Agriculture drives our state’s economy, and because of the hard work and dedication of our farmers, families have access to healthy and nutritious meals and our industry continues to grow and prosper. From tax credit programs to investments in infrastructure to tariff relief and more, we are working hard to ensure our shared industry in New York continues to thrive for future generations to come. Round 3, which will provide an additional nearly $13 million to dairy farmers, was also approved in the final New York state budget. This program will help our dairy farmers modernize their operations, upgrade on-farm storage and processing systems and improve efficiency, especially as the demand for New York’s milk and dairy products continues to grow with some of the industry’s leading manufacturers, such as Chobani, Fairlife, AgriMark and more, growing their operations in the state.
